1) Faulty Goods.
All faulty Items/Goods can be returned to Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd for a credit and or replacement as long as the fault has occurred within the period stated in the product specifications.
All warranty periods are different per brand/product. Please check the specifications of the product being returned as some products have an in home warranty.
Faulty Goods Policy Conditions:
- The return request must be made within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale.
- The invoice (or copy of) must be returned with the product to receive a credit.
- The product must contain all related components upon return.
- Once credit is approved, the funds will be sent via the original method of purchase (no cash) and credited at the original invoice price/invoice number.
- If you have an account the funds will be credited to your account (no cash). All other credits will be transferred as per original purchase method.
Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd shall cover all approved faulty goods return freight costs.
2) Damaged Goods
All damaged items/goods can be returned to Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd for a credit or replacement as long as the damage has occurred within transit times.
Damaged Goods Policy Conditions:
- The return request must be made within 5 days from receipt of delivery. We will work with you to rectify the issue (which may or may not include full replacement of affected item).
- The invoice must be returned with the product for verification.
- The product must contain all related components upon return.
- If you have an account the funds will be credited to your account (no cash). All other credits will be transferred as per original purchase method.
Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd shall cover all approved damaged goods return freight costs.
3) Unwanted Goods
Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd shall accept products for return that are unwanted within 45 days from the original purchase date.
Unwanted Goods Policy Conditions:
- The return request must be made within 45 days from receipt of delivery.
- Unwanted goods must be received by Electrical Supplier Australia within 60 days of the original invoice being credited.
- All goods being returned must be sealed, unused, in saleable condition and in the original box and packaging. Any products returned other than the above mentioned shall be rejected.
- All unwanted goods will be credited at the original invoice cost.
- You run the risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take enough postal insurance to cover the total value being sent.
- If you have an account the funds will be credited to your account (no cash). All other credits will be transferred as per original purchase method.
Freight costs for all unwanted goods shall be at the customer’s (original invoice holders) expense.
4) Delivery/Freight Errors
Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd strives to be perfect when it comes to deliveries and freight handling, however human error does occur. If a delivery is sent to you and is incorrect or not your delivery, all products concerned shall be credited or resent at the cost of Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd.
Deliver/Freight Error Policy Conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
- The invoice and any relevant information and paperwork must be returned with the product for verification.
- The product must contain all related components upon return.
- If you have an account the funds will be credited to your account (no cash). All other credits will be transferred as per original purchase method.
Electrical Supplier Australia Pty Ltd shall cover all approved delivery/freight return costs.
